Proud Mary Coffee Planning New Austin Location Near UT Campus
Coffee lovers near the University of Texas may soon have another spot to add to their list. Proud Mary Coffee is planning a new location at 4301 Guadalupe Street, Suite 100, just north of the UT Austin campus.
Known for its specialty coffee, creative breakfast offerings, and café atmosphere, Proud Mary has built a following among coffee enthusiasts with its focus on high-quality beans and carefully crafted drinks.
According to state construction filings, the new location involves a $600,000 renovation of a 956-square-foot space, with construction originally scheduled for completion in September 2026.
While an official opening date has not yet been confirmed, the planned café could become a new destination for UT students looking to grab a morning coffee, meet up with friends, or take a break from studying.
